Founder/Partner

Prior to forming FHR Capital, Mr. Freeman was a Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management at Colony Capital, Inc and co-founder of Colony Realty Partners, LLC.

MARK HARMELING

Founder/Partner

Prior to FHR Capital, Mr. Harmeling was a Managing Director of Colony Capital, Inc. and a cofounder of Colony Realty Partners, LLC.

BRIAN KAUKAS

Vice President - Portfolio Management

Mr. Kaukas joined FHR Capital, LLC in July of 2021 as Vice President of Portfolio Management and is responsible for strategic oversight of the FHR Portfolio.

DAVID KUREY

Vice President - Acquisitions

Mr. Kurey joined FHR Capital, LLC in October of 2019 as Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions.
