Prior to forming FHR Capital, Mr. Freeman was a Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management at Colony Capital, Inc and co-founder of Colony Realty Partners, LLC.

MARK HARMELING

Founder/Partner

Prior to FHR Capital, Mr. Harmeling was a Managing Director of Colony Capital, Inc. and a cofounder of Colony Realty Partners, LLC.

DAVID KUREY

Vice President - Acquisitions

Mr. Kurey joined FHR Capital, LLC in October of 2019 as Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions.

PATRICK HENDERSON

Associate - Acquisitions

Patrick joined FHR Capital, LLC in July of 2020 and is an Acquisitions Associate responsible for assisting with sourcing and executing real estate transactions.
